Randeep Sachdeva
Randeep Sachdeva focuses on litigation and advisory work across arbitration, commercial and civil disputes, white collar matters, and financial fraud cases.
He has worked closely with the Enforcement Directorate and the Office of the Additional Solicitor General of India. That background gives him practical insight into financial crime matters from both the prosecution and defence side.
He has appeared in major money laundering and criminal matters.
He also advises on Dubai Golden Visa applications, including non-standard routes without the 2 million dirham threshold.
He has worked with leading members of the Bar, including Justice Amit Mahajan during his time in practice, Mr. Abhimanyu Bhandari, Senior Advocate, and Mr. Jayant K. Sud, former Additional Solicitor General of India.

Prashant Sodhi
Prashant Sodhi focuses on white collar crime, financial disputes, criminal trials, and civil litigation.
He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court and district courts, where he advises clients on sensitive and high-stakes matters. He is known for meticulous preparation, sharp drafting, and a practical instinct for litigation strategy.
His practice is built around matters where the facts, the documents, and the courtroom execution all have to be right.

Shivaang Gupta
Shivaang Gupta is a litigation specialist with substantial trial court experience across civil and criminal matters.
He represents clients in commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, and financial recovery cases before the Delhi High Court, district courts, and debt recovery tribunals. He also plays a key role in the firm’s recovery practice, managing enforcement proceedings under the SARFAESI Act and Negotiable Instruments Act from demand notice through execution.
He has handled matters under the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, the Mental Health Act, and Constitutional matters. In one notable matter, he secured reclassification of charges in a hit-and-run case to attempt to murder.
His hands-on trial court experience makes him especially effective in matters that require sustained litigation support as well as strategy.

He advises clients on tax matters, international taxation, and statutory compliance, and has represented clients before tax authorities and appellate bodies across India.
